Ao tentar enviar diz que já foi enviado, e não envia, fica executando por horas e horas... conforme print abaixo.

Tenta fazer um teste com uma máquina que não passe pelo firewall ou pelo anti-virus. Os dois podem bloquear este tipo de envio.
