Bom dia a todos!

 

Estou precisando criar uma fórmula visual, que ao cadastrar um aviso prévio onde a data de demissão prevista entre no período de 30 dias que antecedem a data base preenchida no sindicato e ao tentar salvar este aviso ele emita uma mensagem de alerta como “Este funcionário entrará na data base caso seja concluída a Rescisão” poderiam me ajudar?
